How do you structure your day when you write

I write at night when everyone else is sleeping.

Why do you write? (Example; For fun, to make extra money, a personal experience you want to share with the public)

I write to share experiences that I believe will help others that are experiencing the same or similar life challenges.

What are you working on right now / or your most recent work

Right now I am working on two books. The first one is called Thirty Days of Grace and the second one is The Empty Place.

What inspired you to create this book

A breast cancer journey.

What genre do you write in and why did you choose it

So far I have written from personal experiences because that is what I have been led to write. The Empty Place will incorporate stories from others as well when complete.

How do you think you have evolved creatively from when you first started writing until now

I have grown tremendously.

What was the hardest thing about writing this book for you

Releasing it into the hands of publishers to read.

What was the most rewarding

Receiving 3 yes from publishing companies. And, the first book signing of course.

If you had to start over, is there anything you would do different

Just do it and not procrastinate or wrestle with fear of the unknowns.

How have you evolved from when you first started writing until now

Having the first book published has increased my confidence which makes it easier to write.

Are you a planner type person, or do you prefer to dive right in when you write

I normally write....on paper to start. Then move to the computer once my thoughts begin to flow.

How much dialogue do you have with your readers

I communicate with my readers on FACEBOOK mostly.

Do they influence your writing

No, not at this time.

Do you recommend being a part of a support groups to help you with your writing

Maybe.

Do you work with an editor If so, how much input do they have

Yes, I have an editor. I trust them and appreciate the input. Therefore, I consider every suggestion.

No.

No.

My publisher is a nontraditional publisher. It would be considered indie.

Maybe.

Never thought about that.

What advice would you give to your younger self today

Work hard and always do your best.
